  • Built and led a new team of 3 front-end developers. Conducted interviews, ran daily standups, mentored and coached them with regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Developed intuitive, high-performance web interfaces using minimal design principles. Collected user feedback, created wireframes, and established a design system adopted by two other developers.
  • Delivered 3 high-traffic web apps (campaign management, calling screen, chatbot), enabling Collekt to onboard lenders and serve thousands of users.
